    HI Andrea,

    Can you explain the cold pressed juicing technique and what equipment you’d recommend buying ie blender, juicer or particular brands you know that do the job well. I had a juicer but left it behind when moving so am about to purchase one but there are so many brands on the market its very confusing.

    You mentioned green leafy vegetables are best for juice fast but I wondered if you have a top 5 fruits for those starting out who might find drinking purely vegetable juice a bit unpalatable. I’m hoping its ok to throw in some apple or pear etc. Be great to know the easiest fruits on the system or those most likely to reduce inflammation. Do you ever use something like stevia to give a sweeter taste?

    I really enjoyed you lecture on 10 top things to live a healthy life when in Bali last week – my questions from that lecture were 1/ when you recommend not drinking with meals I wondered how long before and after a meal is ideal to not drink? 2/ Is drinking room temperature or warm/hot fluids far better than cold ones?

    I’m sorry I forgot to ask is drinking fluids/water thought out the evening and during the night ok or it this going to slow down the digestion that goes on during sleep.
